This was held at The Swanderosa in San Antonio, TX, and was designed especially for military couples. The excitement included a dazzling fashion show, and an exciting music performance from Michael Sarver, a former American Idol contestant. In fact, this amazing event was filmed by CMT, and will be in a reality television series to be announced later this year. There are so many exhilarating things going on in this industry, and Liz Fields is proud to be a welcomed part of it all.

2011, 15 June Liz Fields to participate in Vitaminwater Inspired Fashion Show

Liz Fields is honored to be one of five New Jersey based designers chosen to participate in the vitaminwater zero Fashion show presented by New Jersey Fashion Week and DC Showroom. The designers for this highly anticipated showcase must create original pieces reflecting the color and flavors of vitaminwater zero. One of the designers will win the opportunity to showcase his/her collection on the runway during NJ fashion week.

The event, designed by Donnella Tilery, NJ Fashion Week Founder, strives to bring together the Garden State's creative elite as a preview to the highly anticipated New Jersey Fashion Week October 9-13th, 2011. 2011, 1 April Liz Fields to Show at Fashion Fundraiser for Victims of Japan Tsunami

Liz Fields is very excited to be showing the new Fall 2011 wedding dresses at "The Perfect Red Circle" fashion show on Friday, Apr 8th at 6:30p at The Griffin, located at 50 Gansevoort Street, New York, New York, 10014. "The Perfect Red Circle" is a charity event created to help the victims of the Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. No cover will be charged, however, guests will be asked to donate at least $10 to help the victims of the Japan Tsunami. 100% of the proceeds from this event will go to the Red Cross.

The designs being presented at this show will be a preview of the upcoming Lo-Ve-La by Liz Fields Fall 2011 Bridal Gown collection. The fashion show kicks off New York Bridal Couture Week and will be the first time these wedding dresses are publicly shown outside of the industry only National Bridal Market. "The Perfect Red Circle" show will also feature several international designers, and is presented in collaboration with Diaspora Models and Pinstripe Magazine.

2010, 17 December Liz Fields Spring 2011 Collection Adds More Choices for Brides

At Liz Fields, new and exciting things are happening every day! We strive to stay ahead of the trends and really listen to what our brides want. In order to continue to meet these goals, here are some changes that we have made just in time for our Spring 2011 collections!

There you will find that we have our new Spring 2011 styles up for you to view. Additionally, we have added a new zoom feature and a new large image feature so you can truly appreciate the exquisite details that go into each Liz Fields bridal gown and bridesmaid dress.

Also included in our Spring 2011 collections are our new sleeve and jacket options. These sleeves are available for both bridal and bridesmaids and can be either detachable or sewn in, a perfect solution for additional coverage, support, and of course style. You asked and we listened! Our newest and most innovative feature that we are rolling out starting January 1st 2011 is that all of our zipper back gowns will now come with an elastic corset sewn inside. This feature will improve the fit of your future bridal gown without anyone but you knowing that it is there!

2010, 21 September Liz Fields Takes Fashion Beyond the Runway

For the first time Liz Fields, presented their Spring 2011 bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses collections at Nolcha Fashion week on Monday September 13th. Along with being a first time presenter, Liz Fields joined other independent designers from Nolcha fashion week and participated in the "Designer for a Day" event at the children's wing of New York Presbyterian Hospital, an event included in the annual greatly anticipated "Fashion's Night out"

Nolcha fashion week was held simultaneously with Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City. In a setting usually reserved for the ready-to-wear or couture fashions, Liz Fields was pleased to be given the great opportunity to showcase their bridal and bridesmaid gowns as the important part of fashion in a woman's life that they truly are, explained assistant designer Roxan Farquharson.

The spring 2011 collection shown at Nolcha fashion week featured details such as floral embellishments, color accents, and lace trims. "The spring 2011 Bridal gown collection was largely inspired by 1930's Starlets", said head designer Liz Fields after the show on Monday. "The collection was created for women to be able to have the high quality, elegant, designer gowns they always dreamt about at extremely affordable prices," Liz Fields added.

The special "Designer for a day" event was another opportunity for Liz Fields to share her inspiration for creating the current Spring 2011 bridesmaid and bridal collection but to a vastly different audience. The idea, explained by the For a Day Foundation, was to offer hospitalized children a respite from their worries and illness, as they work side-by-side with designers, learning the hard work and creativity that goes into preparing for Fashion Week. Liz Fields brought each child a bridal magazine, a sketchbook, and, fabric swatches for inspiration. The children were then encouraged by Liz fields to design their own dresses and then create their visions out of the origami paper also provided.

2010, 18 August To Customize or Not to Customize - Liz Fields Offers New Bridal Options

Liz Fields had a highly successful launch of their first lines in Spring of 2010. Now, with their Fall 2010 lines about to hit stores in the next two weeks, they are already looking forward to their Spring 2011 lines and the changes that will be coming with them. While the company has been rapidly expanding their market base, they have also been working on adding new features. These features include dress customization options and new maternity sizes.

A new feature that is now available to the customer is the introduction of modesty options, a preference that is becoming increasingly popular among many brides and bridesmaids. While many women might be dreaming of a strapless bridal gown, there are just as many who want their special occasion dress or bridal gown to have elements such as a flattering cap sleeve to show slightly less skin.

Starting in Spring 2011, women will now be able to pick a style which they might have otherwise overlooked, and request that various modestly options be added.

Another customization Liz Fields will be offering is maternity bridesmaid's styles. Designed with a new size chart and the expecting mother in mind, these styles have been selected as the most flattering for the figure. Liz Fields currently offers a variety of their Spring 2010 formal dresses in maternity sizes and intends to add more to this collection in the coming seasons.

As the Liz Fields name is becoming more recognized in the bridal industry, international interest in the company has been growing. 2010, 28 April Liz Fields Presents Fall 2010 Collection In Stores This June

Last season Liz Fields' new label wowed the industry with their Bridesmaid Dress, Bridal Gown, and Special Occasion Spring 2010 lines. Now, this coming June, Liz Fields is pleased to present their new and exciting Fall 2010 line to retailers across the country and internationally. This line features new bridal and bridesmaid styles and will include silky taffeta bridesmaids' dresses, an option previously only available for wedding dresses. The Liz Fields Spring line already included gowns in chiffon, satin, and charmeuse. Retailers are already raving about the bold colors, elegant draping and meticulous detail that Liz Fields has become known for.

The Liz Fields Spring 2010 line did, last year, exactly what it had set out to do: they created a special niche for themselves in the industry. Liz Fields wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses are now carried in 50 states in the U.S. and internationally in Puerto Rico and Canada. A preview of Liz Fields new Fall 2010 line was shown at the Chicago Bridal Market, and people are already buzzing about it. Fashion blogger, Laura, from Chicago, wrote, "I simply loved everything by Liz Fields. Her style is very fun yet sophisticated and she's really thinking about functionality as well." Laura also commented on one of Liz Fields Fall bridal styles, a strapless tulle ball gown with satin flower embellishments, saying it was "100% the dress that I would buy if I was shopping again."

Liz Fields is known for their intricate embellishments and their dreamy, romantic design elements. "The first collections are an introduction to my aesthetic," says Head Designer Liz Fields, "while the next collections really focus in and each style tells a different story." This season, in addition to the introduction of silky taffeta, the collection will feature trends, such as black and white wedding dresses, vintage lace, beaded appliques, satin covered jewels, and flower embellishments. Liz Fields is also pleased to announce that this season will feature two dress styles with detachable skirts, one for Bridal and one for Bridesmaid. 2009, 30 October Our Journey Begins!

At Liz Fields we are focused on bringing style, luxury and reliability into all of our projects.

After 20 years of experience in the industry we compiled all that we have learned, and started on a new chapter in the Bridesmaid, Bridal and Special Occasion niche.
